Basic Rental Rates
1-Bedroom, 1-Bath From $535 for an upstairs apartment; and $565 for a 1st Floor
2-Bedroom, 2-Bath From $635 for an upstairs apartment; and $695 for a 1st-Floor
Security deposit is $300.00 for a one-bedroom and $400 for a two-bedroom. Fontainebleau does not allow dogs; however cats are allowed with a limit of two. Pet security deposit is $350.00.
Fontainebleau offers twelve-month leases and six-month leases. The six-month leases are $25 more per month.
